We LOVE National Parks

If you ask my kids who their favorite president is, you will likely get this answer: Theodore Roosevelt. Why? Because he established our system of national parks, which we agree with the documentary we've been watching on Amazon that national parks are "America's Best Idea." There are 61 national parks, and many national monuments, memorials, seashores, forests, battlefields, and other protected and historic sites. There is no way we will be able to go to all of these places, but we want to go to as many as we can. We will share our national park experiences here in the hopes that you can visit them and enjoy them, too.
